We loved the accessible location, adjacent to a shopping mall. The staff were nice and quick to assist us, even when we arrived late at night. We also appreciated the lamp shade that had extra power outlets.

The hotel's location was convenient, being close to a shopping mall and accessible. the staff was quick to assist with issues, such as weak water pressure in the shower and providing extra power outlets. the room lacked windows, which made it feel cramped and claustrophobic.
The hotel's cleanliness was lacking, with evidence of cockroaches in the first room and clogged toilet sink.

Location was great, close to a shopping mall and easy to get to. Staff were friendly and responded quickly to our needs.
The room was disappointing, with no window and weak water pressure in the shower. the wifi didn't work and there was no hot water available.

The hotel's location was perfect for our city trip. We were just a stone's throw away from a shopping mall and it was very convenient. The staff were friendly and quick to assist us with our needs. They even had lampshades with built-in power outlets, which was a great help since we had multiple gadgets to charge.
The room we stayed in lacked some basic amenities such as hot water and functioning Wi-Fi. We also experienced weak water pressure in the shower.
